Michael – Chief Executive & Program Manager

Michael is Program Manager of ICARE Citizenship and Chief Executive of Community Business Strategies, Inc. He is responsible for overall direction and success of programs and activities.  

An experienced, effective business educator and financial consultant, he has worked with a variety of clients to clarify objectives, analyze market conditions and trends, and design action strategies to identify, contact, and secure new clients and revenue sources.

He is married to Mary Harris and resides in Jackson MS.

He received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Policy, Master’s degree in Business Management, and is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.

To be a success in business and in life, Michael’s business philosophy is summed up in three principles: 1) do what you do to the best of your ability, 2) do everything the customer wants that can be done, and is moral and legal; and 3) have faith in God.
